In early April, the company ' s wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai Win-Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Win-Energy” ) and Indonesia PT.KALIMANTAN BESI BATA ( hereinafter referred to as ' KBB ' ) signed a general contract for the construction of a self-supplied power plant in ferronickel circular economy industrial park.

        KBB plans to build a steel complex with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons (500,000 tons of stainless steel + 1 million tons of carbon steel), to be implemented in three phases. The first phase of the project has an annual capacity of 250,000 tons of high nickel pig iron and the second phase has an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of titanium alloy. KBB agreed that the general contracting work of the first phase 2 × 55MW and the second phase 2 × 150MW power generation project construction should be carried out by Shanghai Win-Energy. The total contract price was CNY 1.72 billion ( CNY 4.9 billion in the first phase and CNY 1.23 billion in the second phase ), and the two sides adjusted according to the final technical agreement and the scope of the project.  The contract period is calculated from the 10 % advance payment date received by the general contractor. The first period is 660 days after the advance payment, and the second period is 1000 days after the advance payment. The construction period is extended according to the uncontrollable factors such as construction rainy season, earthquake and epidemic situation.
