The latent heat of gasification is recovered by steam compressor and injected back into the heat exchanger tube bundle of the evaporator. A small amount of electric energy is used to realize the continuous evaporation process.  The MVR system developed based on the working characteristics of the compressor has lower energy consumption and higher operation reliability.

With the decrease of water surface temperature, the solubility of pollutants is reduced, and the water molecules in the solution precipitate and grow into clean ice crystals, separating pollutants and water, and concentrating wastewater.

With the analysis of dust collection, pipe flow, gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics in the dust collector and familiarity with fan performance characteristics, a dust management system with lower energy consumption and lower emissions can be achieved.
