Differential Pressure Power Generation and Ice Making System in Natural Gas Gate Station
Through specific process technology, the pressure energy of the natural gas is recovered through a turbine expansion generator. The natural gas expands as it passes through the nozzles and working wheels, driving the working wheels to transmit the external work while cooling itself. The cooled natural gas and the refrigerant exchange heat, and the refrigerant then exchange heat with water for ice making. The whole process realizes the maximum utilization of natural gas pressure energy, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and green environment protection.
Design Parameters: Intake 4MPa,Exhaust : 0.45MPa,Natural gas:10000Nm3/h , Power:350kW,Ice making capacity:3.5t/h.
The system utilizes the pressure and cold energy of natural gas and uses a turbine expander instead of a pressure reducing valve, while the natural gas cooled by the turbine expander is heat exchanged with the refrigerant, and the refrigerant is heat exchanged with water for ice making, replacing the natural gas reheat with an ice making system.
The whole process achieves the maximum utilization of natural gas pressure energy, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and green environmental protection.
